Kiko Mizuhara is at the new product launch of Dior - she's the first Dior beauty ambassador from Asia!
They had a product launch featuring the Diorskin Forever Undercover Foundation (which has been out in the U.S./Europe earlier this year).
According to another article, she was also wearing Dior Addict Lip Glow and Rouge Dior (shades weren't mentioned).

Her shoes seems reflective in some photos, so I'm guessing she's wearing the SS17 Slingback in Black Patent Calfskin Leather and J'adior Ribbon (as opposed to the other similar looking shoe in velvet).
