Enter A'Pieu Honey & Milk Lip Balm. The packaging is bright and cute so it was hard to pass it up.

I have chappy lips days prior to using it, and it has calmed the chapping down after around 1-2 days of mild use. I do not lick my lips so I don't really reapply lip balm that much. I don't know if I'm just crazy but the smell reminds me also of sponge cakes that are baked with lemon rind. I do not think there is any lemon or citrus ingredients list, but the perfume may be citrus based.
I probably would not buy it again. While it gets the job done, there is nothing spectacular about it. Plus I prefer tinted lip balms more and I don't think it has any SPF.
