Beauty MNL Mini Haul Part 2

I want to take advantage of Beauty MNL's January sale so I bought additional items. It seems January is a good time to buy stuffs as a lot of retailers go on sale for this month.


I still haven't fully opened some of the items, as I wanted to take pics first because I'll just procrastinate and end up not taking pics.

No special reason in choosing this, I was just looking for an inexpensive pencil liner. It delivers well but I wouldn't use it to line my lower lash as it got smudged right away(didn't really noticed how long, but maybe in less than an hour when I looked at the mirror the line on the ends of the lower lash got smudged). I rarely line my lower lash line so this is not a deal breaker.

I just needed a body wash as I realized I just ran out and this seems to be a good deal (it's more than a litre and quite cheap). At first, I could not figure out how to open the pump lol. Usually for other pump bottles you just twist it a little and the pump will elongate so you can use it (on some you have to yank the pump first) but this one took ages. It has a subtle scent which I really like. I'm not sure about it's brightening effects but as a body wash I really like it.

I really miss Ururua Hand Wash but have been forever looking for alternatives. I think this is the only foam hand wash that I've seen locally so far, so I decided to give it a try. I'm not sure if it was the sale price or if it's just really cheap but it was 89php for two bottles. I'm not too crazy about the scent which is reminiscent of wine/stale juice but it will do.

Kleancolour Beach Blue Nail Lacquer



I really wanted to try piCture pOlish bonbon for a while now, but I was looking for a cheaper alternative lol - and I saw this! I'm not sure if this was a good alternative as I haven't tried pp's bonbon but I liked this one a lot.

Kleancolor Pastel Teal, Pearl Pink, Pastel Purple and Pastel Pink

Pastel Teal
This was my favorite in this set. I really like colours similar to Tiffany blue; while this is a lot lighter I still really like it.

Pearl Pink
I didn't liked Pearl Pink when I first set my eyes on it, even more so when I tried it haha. I did not like the colour at all. It's hard to capture the colour using a camera.

Pastel Purple
It was okay, but not that great. 3 coats for full coverage.

Pastel Pink
I wasn't excited about this one initially, as I don't usually use pink nail polish. However, this is a really nice, pale colour that look lends a classic look.


Kleancolor Bang! Bang! Colors! Set

Kleancolor Neon Green, Neon Orange, Neon Yellow and Neon Pink

Neon Green
It was as expected - it delivered a bright green colour.

Neon Orange
Goes on sheer but I liked this better than neon yellow. 3 coats for full coverage.

Neon Yellow
Goes on sheer and the yellow is not as bright as I would liked. Does not go with me at all.

Neon Pink
I'm not a pink person, but this was probably my favorite in this set.

I've run out of facial scrub (last one I've used was VDL Naked Facial Exfoliant) so I picked this one up. Haven't actually used it yet.
